When to use this. You want to introduce a new service and follow up with interested contacts.

What you’ll need. An appropriate audience, a configured sender, a message, and a destination page.

  1. Choose the audience

Use contacts appropriate for the campaign and follow your organization’s consent and communication preferences. Avoid mixing unrelated audiences.

  2. Write the message

Explain the offer clearly, personalize only with reliable data, and provide a useful destination such as a form, booking page, or conversation.

  3. Review the send

Confirm the sender, audience, links, and follow-up sequence in Reach. Send a sample using the supported workflow before a wider send.

  4. Act on interest

Review available engagement information and follow up with relevant next steps. Connect qualified interest to your agreement or sales process.
