When to use this. A service business needs a consistent way to collect new customer inquiries.
What you’ll need. The questions you need answered and a destination for follow-up.
Start a form
Open Forms and choose a template, use AI generation, or start with the visual builder. For an inquiry form, begin with a name, email address, and a description of the request.
Arrange your questions
Add and reorder fields. Write short labels, choose appropriate input types, and make only essential questions required. Split longer forms into pages.
Check the experience
Preview the form and submit sample data. Check required fields, conditional branches, file uploads, and the confirmation message.
Publish and review
Share the public link or embed the form on your website. Submit once through the published version and confirm that the response arrives in the submissions inbox.
How to know it worked
