When to use this. You need a project brief quickly and want AI to draft the questions.

What you’ll need. A short description of the audience, purpose, and required information.

  1. Describe the purpose

    Open the AI form builder. Include the audience, what you need to collect, and any important constraints. Example: “Create a client project brief with contact details, budget range, preferred start date, and a file upload.”

  2. Review the questions

    Read the suggested or generated questions. Remove anything you do not need, clarify ambiguous wording, and check input types and required settings.

  3. Add business rules

    Use the builder to configure conditional fields, payments, bookings, and notifications where needed. Do not assume generated content has configured your external services.

  4. Test before publishing

    Try realistic answers and each important branch. Verify the stored response and confirmation before sharing the form.

How to know it worked

A reviewed form collects the information you asked for, with tested field behavior.
