When to use this. Business and personal customers need different questions in the same form.

What you’ll need. A choice field that determines the path and the fields to show or hide.

  1. Define the decision

    Choose the answer that should change the form. For example, a “Business” selection can reveal company details while a “Personal” selection skips them.

  2. Configure the condition

    Use conditional field settings to connect the controlling answer to the fields it should show or hide. Keep the first rule simple.

  3. Check every path

    Preview every triggering answer and confirm that hidden required fields do not prevent completion. Test going back and changing an earlier answer.

  4. Configure a quiz when appropriate

    For an assessment, use quiz mode to define correct answers or scores and the result experience. Submit several sample answer sets and confirm the scores.

How to know it worked

Each answer reveals only the relevant questions; test submissions complete successfully.
