Reuse work instead of rebuilding it
Import questions, duplicate forms, save templates, and keep it all organized.

When to use this. You are about to build a form that is nearly the same as one you already have.
What you’ll need. At least one existing form worth reusing.
Import questions from a form you already built
Rather than retyping, use Import questions to pull questions in from an existing form. This is the fastest way to start a variant of something that already works.
Duplicate a whole form
Duplicate copies the form with its fields and settings, leaving the original untouched. Use it when the new form is mostly the same and the old one is live and must not be disturbed.
Save a template for repeat use
Save as template makes a reusable starting point for your team, and you can do the same for apps. Name it for the job it does, not the customer you first built it for.
Save smaller pieces too
A group of fields can be saved as a container and reused across forms, and a look can be saved as a theme. These are worth creating for anything you have now built twice.
Organize with folders and categories
Create folders and assign categories so the list stays navigable. Do this before you have forty forms, not after.
How to know it worked
A new form built from existing work in minutes, and a library that is still navigable.
