Create an installable web app

Turn a form-based process into a repeatable mobile experience.

When to use this. Field teams repeatedly submit service reports from their phones.

What you’ll need. A repeatable task, the required fields, and an app icon.

Choose the process
Pick a task people will repeat, such as a field report, service request, or order. Start from an app template or build the underlying form experience.
Build the screens
Use form fields, containers, conditional questions, payments, and booking capabilities as needed. Keep the mobile task short and clear.
Brand and publish
Configure the app icon and splash appearance. Publish the public app link and use a configured Apps domain if available.
Install and test
Share the link or QR code. Follow the browser’s install or add-to-home-screen option, then test a submission and its appearance in the account.

How to know it worked

A user can install the web app, submit a report, and find that report in the account.
