Brand your workspace end to end

When to use this. Customers should see your brand from the first form through to the signed document.

What you’ll need. Owner or admin access, your logo files, and a domain you own.

  1. Know the three layers

Branding is images and a title. A domain decides the hostname those pages are served from. Email decides who the messages come from. Customers notice all three, and doing only one of them is what makes a workspace look half-branded.

  2. Start with the assets

Upload the logo, mini logo, and favicon first — they take minutes and apply immediately. See Add your logo, mini logo, and favicon.

  3. Then take the domain

Point a hostname you own at Formbot so the URL matches the brand. See Serve Formbot from your own domain, or Give each product its own domain if signing should sit on its own hostname.

  4. Then fix the sender

Branded pages with mail from a Formbot address still reads as third-party. Connect a mailbox or SMTP, then edit the wording. See Send email from your own address.

  5. Check it as a customer

Open a public form, submit it, and read the confirmation email on a phone. That single pass exercises all three layers in the order a customer meets them.

How to know it worked

A customer completes a form and receives email without seeing a Formbot logo, URL, or sender address.
