Add your logo, mini logo, and favicon
Three images that carry your brand across every page and email.

When to use this. Customers should see your brand instead of Formbot's on pages and email.
What you’ll need. Owner or admin access, and your logo as a full-size image, a square icon, and a favicon.
Open the branding assets
Go to Account Management → Manage Account → Workspace → Account domain. Branding assets sit alongside the domain settings, because a domain can carry its own set.
Upload the full-size logo
Logo is the full-size mark shown in the main header and on public pages. Use a version that stays legible at header height, with a transparent background so it works on any surface.
Upload the mini logo
Mini Logo is the icon-sized version used in collapsed sidebars and mobile navigation. Supply a square mark rather than a shrunken wordmark, which becomes unreadable at that size.
Upload the favicon
Favicon is the small image shown in the browser tab. Keep it to a simple square shape with strong contrast.
Set the title
Title is the name shown in the browser tab beside the favicon. Set it to your product or company name rather than leaving the default.
Save and check both surfaces
Choose Save Assets, then open a public form and trigger one outbound email. Branding appears in both places, and email is the one people forget to check.
How to know it worked
Your logo appears in the header, your icon in collapsed navigation, and your favicon and title in the browser tab.
