Send a form lead to a Reach sequence
Create or update a prospect and enroll them with one request.

When to use this. A consultation form should add the contact to Reach and start the agreed follow-up sequence.
What you’ll need. A backend handler for the form event, a scoped Reach key, an existing sequence, and permission to contact the recipient.
Map the form fields
Map the form’s email and name fields to email, firstName, and lastName. Use tags and customFields to carry source context such as the campaign or form name.
Choose the sequence
Set enroll to true. Supply sequenceId for an explicit choice, or use the key’s configured default sequence when sequenceId is omitted. Confirm the sequence is appropriate before enrolling anyone.
Send the request from your backend
POST to /api/v1/reach/prospects. Keep the API key server-side and grant the creation and enrollment permissions required by your workspace.
Verify and handle retries
Check the prospect and sequence enrollment in Reach, then inspect Recent API usage. Confirm duplicate and retry behavior with a test record before connecting a production form.
How to know it worked
The test contact appears once in the correct workspace and is enrolled in the intended sequence.
