When to use this. A customer must sign before an internal countersigner can complete an agreement.
What you’ll need. A prepared document and the required recipient sequence.
Choose who signs
Assign required fields to each recipient. Check email addresses carefully before delivery.
Choose the order
Use signing order when one person must complete their part before another. Otherwise, use the available parallel delivery behavior that fits your process.
Set access and timing
Configure access codes or required authentication where needed. Choose scheduled sending, expiry, and automatic reminders to match your agreement process.
Test as a recipient
Preview the guided signing experience on desktop and mobile. Recipients can draw, type, or upload signatures and may attach supporting files or decline with a reason.
