When to use this. Something in a form, document, or automation is not behaving as expected.

What you’ll need. A sample resource, the approximate time, and the expected result.

  1. Check account and access

Confirm the selected account, membership, resource permissions, and whether the app is enabled. Try the original public link when an embed does not work.

  2. Check the workflow settings

For forms, inspect required and conditional fields and scheduling. For documents, inspect recipient details, expiry, signing order, and access requirements.

  3. Check connected services

Revisit the calendar, mailbox, payment, or CRM connection. Check external account permissions and use available delivery or execution logs.

  4. Send a useful support request

Describe the expected and actual behavior, the app and resource, the approximate time and timezone, and steps to reproduce. Remove tokens, passwords, and customer-sensitive content from screenshots.

How to know it worked

You either resolve the issue or have a clear, non-sensitive support report.
