Account details, language, and timezone

Set the name, locale, and ownership that every app in the account inherits.

When to use this. Timestamps are showing in the wrong timezone, or the company name is wrong on customer-facing pages.

What you’ll need. Owner or admin access to the account.

  1. Open the Account tab

Go to Account Management → Manage Account. The Account tab holds the details that apply to every product in this workspace.

  2. Choose the account type

Pick Personal or Company. Choosing Company reveals the Company Name field, which is the name customers see in branded pages and email.

  3. Set language and timezone

Choose the account Language and Preferred Timezone. The timezone decides how submission times, signing events, and audit entries are displayed, so set it before you start reading timestamps in reports.

  4. Check ownership

Account Owner and Owner Email show who holds the account. Transferring ownership is not a self-serve action — contact Formbot if the owner needs to change.

  5. Save and verify

Choose Save. Reopen a submission or a document timeline and confirm the times now read in your own timezone.

How to know it worked

Account details are correct, and times across the account read in your chosen timezone.
