When to use this. A routine customer task crosses more than one app.

What you’ll need. Access to the intended account and a clear scope for the task.

  1. State the outcome

Open the Agents tab and describe the business goal. Example: “Prepare a follow-up for the leads from our consultation form.”

  2. Give useful context

Specify the account, form or audience, intended message, and what a successful result should look like. Include constraints such as dates or recipients.

  3. Be explicit about actions

Distinguish preparing content from sending it. Tell the agent when you want review before messages are sent or a document is issued; do not assume a particular approval policy is configured.

  4. Verify the result

Review the relevant records in Forms, Reach, Documents, or Flows. Check that the requested action happened once and affected the intended resources.

How to know it worked

You can verify the agent’s work in the underlying app records.
