Let colleagues join automatically by email domain
Anyone signing up with a matching work address joins the account without an invite.

When to use this. You are rolling Formbot out across a company and do not want to invite people one at a time.
What you’ll need. Owner or admin access, and an email domain your organization controls.
Open Team Access
Go to Account Management → Manage Account → Team Access, then find Auto-Join by Email Domain.
Add your work domain
Enter the email domain your colleagues use, for example yourcompany.com. Anyone who signs up with a matching address is added to this account automatically, with no invite to send or accept.
Only add domains you control
Add the domain your organization owns. Never add a shared consumer domain such as a public webmail provider — that would let any stranger with such an address into your account.
Decide the role they land in
Auto-joined people arrive as ordinary members. Promote anyone who needs admin oversight from Manage Users after they join.
Test with one person
Ask a colleague who has never signed in to create an account with their work address. They should land directly in your workspace, and appear under Manage Users.
How to know it worked
A colleague signing up with a matching address lands in your account without an invitation.
