Ask questions and show content with blocks
Use bubbles to say things and inputs to collect answers.

When to use this. You need a conversation that explains something, asks for an email address, and lets the visitor choose an option.
What you’ll need. An open chatbot and the list of questions you need answered.
Add blocks from the left sidebar
Drag blocks from the sidebar onto the board. The sidebar groups them as Bubbles, Inputs, Logic, and Integrations. Drop blocks above or below each other to group them, then connect the groups so the flow runs onward from the Start block.
Say things with bubbles
Text, Image, Video, Embed, and Audio bubbles show content to the visitor. Video accepts links from sources such as YouTube and Vimeo. Embed can show a website, an iframe, or a PDF, but not every website allows embedding, so test it.
Ask questions with inputs
Use Text, Number, Email, Website, Date, Phone, Buttons, Pic choice, Rating, and File inputs to collect answers. Each input lets you set the placeholder and button label, and most let you write a retry message that appears when the answer is not valid.
Save each answer
Every input can save the answer in a variable, so later messages, conditions, and integrations can use it. The variables guide explains how.
Use the special inputs with care
Buttons can allow multiple choices and can send each choice down its own path. Payment collects money through your own Stripe account, using test keys in the preview and live keys once the chatbot is published. File lets visitors upload files; ask them to share large files as a link instead.
