Branch the conversation with logic blocks
Send visitors down different paths depending on what they answer.

When to use this. Different visitors need different questions, such as separating sales inquiries from support requests.
What you’ll need. A chatbot with an input whose answer decides what happens next.
Branch with Condition
A Condition block splits the flow in two. Add comparisons using operators such as equal to, not equal to, contains, and greater than, and combine them with AND or OR. Connect the true and false paths to different groups.
Route from buttons
For a multiple-choice question, connect each button to its own path. Connect the Default item to set where any other answer goes.
Keep long flows tidy
Jump moves the visitor to another group in the same chatbot. Chatbot link goes into another chatbot, shares variable values with it, and can merge its answers back, so you can reuse one flow in several places.
Control timing and outcomes
Wait pauses the conversation for a number of seconds. Redirect sends the visitor to a URL in the same tab or a new one; Safari and iOS can block new-tab redirects, so test them. AB Test splits visitors randomly between two paths so you can compare results.
Use Script only when needed
A Script block runs JavaScript and can set variables with setVariable. Prefer Set variable for simple values, and test every script in the preview.
How to know it worked
Testing each answer sends you down the intended path, and no path ends without a message.
