See what visitors answered, export the data, and find where they leave.

When to use this. You want to know what people asked, follow up with leads, or find the question where people stop.

What you’ll need. A published chatbot that has had at least one test conversation.

  1. Open Results

    Choose Results in the editor header. Submissions lists each conversation with its answers. Analytics shows how visitors move through the flow.

  2. Expect partial responses

    Answers are saved as visitors give them, so unfinished conversations appear too. That is normal, and it shows where people stop.

  3. Make the table readable

    Reorder or hide columns, open a row to read the whole conversation, and use the more options menu to export all results to a CSV file. Include deleted blocks adds answers from blocks you have since removed.

  4. Read the analytics

    Analytics shows Views, Starts, and Completion rate, and where visitors drop off between blocks. In-depth analytics depends on your workspace plan.

  5. Troubleshoot with logs

    For a result, See logs shows what went wrong in a step such as an AI or webhook call. Delete results you no longer need.

How to know it worked

You can find a test conversation’s answers, export them, and see where the conversation ended.
