Connect Google Sheets, Zapier, and other tools

Use Integration blocks to send data out of a conversation as it happens.

When to use this. An answer, a lead, or an event needs to leave the conversation and land in another tool the moment it happens.

What you’ll need. The destination account credentials — a Google sign-in, SMTP details, or the base URL, token, or ID the service gives you — and the variables you want to send.

  1. Add an Integration block

Integrations sit in the sidebar next to Bubbles, Inputs, and Logic. Drop one after the answers it needs are already collected, then connect it to the rest of the flow.

  2. Connect Google Sheets

Open the block, choose Sheets account, then Continue with Google to authorize access. Pick the spreadsheet and sheet, then choose Insert row, Update row, or Get, and map each column to a variable.

  3. Send email through your own SMTP account

Add an SMTP account with the host, port, username, and password. Set the recipient, subject, and body — the body recaps everything collected so far unless you write custom content — and attach a file only when it came from a File upload block.

  4. Wire up Zapier, Make.com, or Pabbly Connect

These three reuse the Webhook block. Zapier subscribes to the block’s URL automatically once you connect its Formbot Chatbot integration. For Make.com and Pabbly Connect, copy the catch-hook URL from that platform and paste it into the block, then use Test the request to confirm the connection.

  5. Track events with Chatwoot, Google Analytics, or Pixel

Chatwoot shows or closes your live-chat widget using its base URL and website token. Google Analytics sends a GA4 event from a measurement ID. Pixel fires a Meta Pixel event from a pixel ID. None of the three need an account connection — paste the ID and go.

  6. Book meetings and generate QR codes

Cal.com books a meeting inside the chat using your booking link, and can save the booked date to a variable. Generate a QR Code turns any text or link into an image you can show in a bubble. FlowBuilder appears in the same list but is still being completed and has no actions yet.

How to know it worked

Test the request confirms a webhook call, and a new row, email, event, booking, or QR code appears in the destination the moment you run the conversation.
