Connect HubSpot, Salesforce, Vtiger, and other apps
Use the Integrations directory to send answers straight into the CRM, email, or tool your team already runs on.

When to use this. You want an answer, lead, or ticket to land directly in the CRM or tool your team already works in, without building a custom webhook.
What you’ll need. An account with the destination app and, for key-based apps like Vtiger, the access key from that app’s settings.
Open the Integrations directory
From your chatbot, open Integrations and search or browse by category — CRM, Email Newsletters, Forms & Surveys, Social Media, Scheduling & Booking, and more — to find the app you need.
Connect an OAuth app like HubSpot or Salesforce
Choose Connect and sign in with the account you want to use. HubSpot and Salesforce both authorize this way, so there is no API key to copy or lose track of.
Connect a key-based app like Vtiger
Vtiger connects with your domain, username, and an access key instead of a login screen. Get the access key from your Vtiger account settings, not your login password.
Pick the interaction and map the fields
Each connected app offers a list of interactions — HubSpot includes Create Contact and Update Deal, Salesforce includes Create Record and Update Lead, Vtiger covers Create, Update, Retrieve, and Delete. Choose the one that matches the job, then map each field to the variable that holds the visitor’s answer.
Test before you rely on it
Send a sample conversation through and confirm the record appears correctly in the connected app. If the destination service changes its login or revokes access, reconnect it from the same Integrations screen.
How to know it worked
A test conversation creates or updates the correct record in the connected app.
