Choose the job you need to do
Use Forms to collect information, Documents to collect signatures, Apps to deliver an installable form-based experience, Flows to automate steps, Chatbot to guide a conversation, and Reach to organize outreach.
Open your workspace
Sign in at platform.formbot.com or application.formbot.com — either address reaches your workspace. Select the account you want to work in before creating or sharing anything. Your account organizes the team, branding, and resources for that business.
Start small
Create a simple form or prepare one document. Test the full customer experience with sample information before sharing it with customers.
Connect the next step
Once the first step works, add notifications, outreach, signatures, or a Flow. The Agents tab can help coordinate work across the apps.
