When to use this. An event registration form should open on a certain date and give a clear confirmation.

What you’ll need. A tested form, the schedule, and the desired thank-you destination.

  1. Choose the address

Use the generated public link, a friendly slug, or a configured custom domain. Confirm the published address opens in a signed-out browser.

  2. Set access rules

Add password protection if required. Use scheduling to open and close responses on the intended dates, and check the account timezone.

  3. Reduce unwanted submissions

Use CAPTCHA and unique-field enforcement where appropriate. Avoid collecting unnecessary sensitive information.

  4. Finish the journey

Write a useful thank-you message or configure a redirect. Test the final destination, then verify that any branded confirmation email reaches the respondent.

How to know it worked

The public link obeys access rules and shows the intended confirmation.
