When to use this. You want to offer Formbot capabilities inside your own branded platform.
What you’ll need. A defined customer use case, account structure, and rollout plan.
Define your offering
Choose the customer problem and the apps needed to solve it. The partner program spans Forms, Documents, Apps, Flows, Chatbot, and Reach, with agents as a supporting experience.
Plan customer accounts
Keep separate customers’ work in the appropriate accounts. Decide who owns each account and who will administer the customer’s team.
Design the experience
Plan logos, email templates, supported domains, embeds, and integrations. Use templates and subflows to repeat a process across customers.
Confirm rollout details
Contact Formbot about the partner arrangement, commercial terms, app-specific branding support, and integration requirements before committing to a customer rollout.
How to know it worked
You have a validated branded pilot and agreed app-specific setup and commercial terms.
